Asian Diet Secrets - Get Thin Now Ladies!

Asian diet secrets to get thin are all around us if we just look. Clients in my Skinny Asian Diet program are often shocked at just how easy it is to get lean fast, even right after child birth, by using the same basic fundamental techniques that Asian women have for thousands of years. Let's look at a few of the secrets my family and other Asian families use to get amazing bodies!

Asian Diet Secrets - Get Thin Now!

1. Minimize how many processed or man-made foods you eat.

This is an easy one, if you're finding that most of your meals come out of a box, or the freezer section of your local market, it's likely you're consuming a tremendous amount of unhealthy and weight-loss inhibiting preservatives.

Preservatives are placed in food specifically to make them last longer than they should, which is your first hint at how damaging these chemicals and compounds are for our bodies.

If the food you're looking at in the store has an ingredient list that you can't pronounce, put it back!

2. Eat a light-salad before every main course.

This is more of an Asian diet secret to get thin than it is a nutritional benefit, what you're doing here is basically training your body to get full at the right time, instead of getting full after you've already eaten too much food and it's too late.

By eating a light salad with a natural low-calorie topping your body starts producing a hormone that will ultimately tell you to stop eating roughly 10-15 minutes later. If you spend your first 5 minutes eating a super-low-calorie food, like salad (which is also a great provider of nutrients) then you're closer to your full timing by the time the main course arrives.

Little tricks like this go a long long way when you're talking about 3 or 4 meals a day in which you might overeat by thousands of extra calories otherwise.

3. Eat slowly and drink more water with your meals.

This goes well with #2, because again we're training our body to not overeat and to stick to the right amounts of food in order to control our weight.

For example, if you take time to put down your fork in-between bites as you chew and swallow, just that little pause alone can cut 100 calories off a high-calorie meal! Because it gives you time again to get full more quickly, which is key to knowing when you've had enough without feeling like you didn't get enough.

Water aids digestion, as well as creates a more filling feeling as well. Ask yourself, if you could feel full all the time, how often would you cheat? The answer is never! Feeling full is absolutely critical if you're going to get where you want to go in terms of your figure.

4. If you still just can't lose weight ever, try this:

I know it can be depressing, but if you're upset because nothing has worked you need to learn one of the most powerful secret free methods that Asian women do to force fat off of their belly and thighs in less than a month...WITHOUT starving or doing crazy workouts.
Author Resource: This method works fast and is very simple, the full details on how to do it are in my free eBook at this link: Asian Weight Loss Secrets - Free Report.

I actually do it myself while relaxing on the couch watching TV, and it works amazingly well. Learn the trick for yourself by clicking the link before it's gone: http://skinnyasiandiet.com/free-book.htm
