How to get skinny arms fast is not as tough to learn as you may think. For generations Asian women have passed down techniques to lose arm fat that don't require you to kill yourself in the gym or starve to accomplish. Arms are a common problem area for most women who are trying to slim down, they can make us look much heavier than we actually are...as well as keep us from wearing tops that don't have sleeves.

Asian women attack arm fat through many techniques, the one I'm going to describe for you today was taught to me by my own Chinese Mother as a girl and it has always worked quickly whenever I need a fast fix.

Rub Rub Rub, Break Down The Fat Permanently

This is a "hands on" activity, literally, and I want you to pay close attention as this technique can work almost anywhere on your body.
With your opposite hand, reach across your chest and grab the loose part of your upper arm. For most women it's our tricep area, which is the bottom part.

I want you to deeply massage the entire arm, from your armpit to your elbow, with enough force that it almost hurts to do. Don't do it if you have any healing cuts, bruises, or rashes, this should only be attempted when you're at 100% health in that area.

Work that tricep area for a good five minutes, use a timer if you have to. You don't need to be standing to do it, I actually recommend to my clients they do it while sitting down and watching TV, because I find when their mind is off of it they'll accidentally go far past the five minute mark before switching arms (which is good).

Treat the entire area as if you're making Italian pasta or pizza dough, I want you to really get after it!

Once you've done this for at least five minutes go ahead and switch arms and repeat the process entirely.

Why it Works So Well

The connective tissue that keeps fat deposits chained together is difficult to break. If you've ever seen a liposuction surgery being performed you know exactly what I mean, fat sticks to other fat like glue, to the point where it has to be practically ripped from itself.

By doing deep tissue massages to your most troublesome areas you break down a good deal of the connections, and allow fat to be absorbed back into the bloodstream to be used as energy or expelled instead of being stored.

Again, this is effective all over your body, so if your thighs are giving you trouble, or your stomach, practice the same technique and double the speed at which you lose weight in those areas.
