How To Lose Arm Fat

How to lose arm fat is a question I hear constantly from Women all over the world. It can be done, no matter what your genetics are, and it can be done without starving and without pain! Today we're going to talk about how Asian Women manage to lose arm fat and get the skinny arms you've always dreamed about.

How to Lose Arm Fat

The first thing I want you to do is to change your thinking.

No more planning each morning how you're going to "hide" your arms today. No more buying tops with long sleeves. No more negativity!

Instead I want you to visualize the arms you want, down to every detail, and imagine your body working every second to thin out the areas you hate most. Focus on perfection, on the arms you'd have if you could create them from a blank piece of paper. Remember this feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment, let it motivate you higher.

Toning Routine

You can do the entire toning routine you need around the house WITHOUT going to the gym or health club. Everything that has a handle is your friend, from the half-gallon of milk in the fridge to the laundry basket full of clothes.

If you can lift it, you can tone your arms! If you're fortunate enough to have 5-pound dumbbells at home, use them the following way:
Stand straight up with the weights in your hands hanging at your sides, with your clenched hands facing your legs, holding the weights. Almost as if you're skiing, and the weights are the ski-poles. Now curl your arms towards your body, bringing the weight up to near your shoulders.

Congratulations, you just did a biceps curl. Exciting, I know (wink). However you DID do something different than most...an important variation here that typical weightlifters don't do...you kept your palms facing inward throughout the motion. NO curling the lower end of the weight upward towards your chest. Keep the top part of the weight at the top, and the bottom part of the weight at the bottom throughout the motion (lock your wrists).

This simple move stretches the biceps muscle as it works it, making it longer, leaner, and more taut, versus the version Men do to get big arms. Just by putting your hands in a different position you completely altered how that exercise is going to shape your arm.

What If You Just Can't Lose Weight Ever?

If you just can't lose weight ever, try this secret tip - I know it can be depressing, but if you're upset because nothing has worked you need to learn one of the most powerful secret free methods that Asian women do to force fat off of their arms and thighs in less than a month...WITHOUT starving or doing crazy workouts.
Author Resource: This method works fast and is very simple, the full details on how to do it are in my free report at this link: Click Here To Read.

I actually do it myself while relaxing on the couch watching TV, and it works amazingly well.
