Have A Big Stomach? - A Guide For Women To Knock Off That Muffin Top

No one wants to have a big stomach, least of all those of us who don't have a typical body shape that fits the average off-the-rack top or dress to begin with!

Luckily there is a solution, as Asian Women have two techniques they practice that reduce the size and shape of the belly without starving and without doing endless sit-ups.

Have a Big Stomach No More!

1. The massage technique - your own hands can create reduction.

It seems strange, but one of the most practiced methods at belly reduction in Asia is deep targeted massage to that area. If you're not used to doing massages to yourself outside of working a cramp out or giving relief to a sore muscle it will seem odd at first, but this activity can be done almost anywhere, and even better, when lying down watching TV, or while relaxing in a bath!

Basically you want to tighten your stomach muscles (try laughing to feel your stomach contract) and then apply pressure to the fat area or rolls with your hands. You want to work the fat deposit as if it's bread dough, using your fingers to apply pressure in an off/on way, as if you were making a pizza crust.

You don't want to do it hard enough so that it hurts, pain isn't our goal. But you do want to get close. Think of it as again a deep-tissue massage...it doesn't hurt, but it's right on that limit.

2. The other method Asian Women use to get rid of a big stomach or big belly revolves around what they eat.

There are certain foods that Asian Women have found to be effective at reducing fat deposits specifically around their mid-section. One of these foods is spinach.

You may be groaning already at having to eat spinach, haha, I don't blame you, but the truth is that even a little bit goes a long way in attacking and reducing the specific fat cells that produce a big stomach on most Women.

You can use a bit of butter on your spinach, but watch the salt as we don't want you to retain water (salt is notorious for retaining up to ten times its weight in water!) but try to include spinach in your diet as much as possible to get rid of a big belly!
