To do that, go ahead and a few sets of pushups on your knees to your life. Meaning, assume a normal pushup position but instead of being on your toes, have both your knees touching the ground and your hands spread slightly more than shoulder-width apart.
Do three sets of ten repetitions, three times a week. For each rep, lower yourself to the ground until your chest touches it, then raise yourself back up again. Try to focus on the contraction of your chest muscles as you push off of the ground, that way your brain will route activity to those muscles instead of using your arms.
3.
