Today we're going to talk about some easy ways to get those beautiful "stick legs" we all want.

1. Walk walk walk. And then walk some more. Walking is your friend, contribute to the relationship!

I know I cover this constantly in my articles but it's always good to reinforce things that are so important. You must walk if you want to achieve a skinny Asian body, even if it's just 20 minutes a day.

You don't have to kill yourself doing crazy hill climbs or hikes, that's not necessary at all. Just a quick spin around a local park or anywhere your mind can relax goes a tremendous way towards slimming down and toning up your thighs, calves, and butt region.

Walking is critical because you've got to do light resistance exercise to really peel off thick thighs and get thin legs, you can hit the gym and do squats or other heavy loading programs. The heavier the load the more chance you'll actually build muscle, and unless your goal is to look like an Olympic power lifter you have to stay with high-repetition/low-resistance exercises.

Walking will get you the thin legs you want, but it takes time. Commit yourself to making it happen for six months, 20 minutes a day, and see the results you're after take shape!

2. Take the long way wherever you go...and skip the darn elevator!

It goes without saying that to get as many "steps" in as possible each day you're going to need to find and exploit natural workout possibilities in your environment. From work, to home, to the supermarket, always be on the lookout for additional steps.

Park far away from the stores you visit, make yourself walk just a little bit more. Take the stairs at work and avoid elevators or escalators. Walk the longer route to a destination, no matter where it is.

These little cheats allow you to fit in THOUSANDS of additional steps in your life each year, and that adds up to significant acceleration of you achieving your goal of thin legs and skinny thighs. I know we're all in a rush each day with work and kids and everything else, but to that my answer is...walk faster!:)
