The new year is nearly with us,and I want to make sure you're armed to the teeth with simple stuff you can do to catch more and bigger bass.
After all, it's probably the main reason you go fishing,And it's the ONLY reason you found me... you want to continue improving.

That's why I'm serving you a few things to test...along with a little trick for slamming them around docks....and speaking of docks, did you
know this thing is PERFECT for using off a dock (or a boat)? Largemouth Bass Tips...there's no better way to start
off the new year than becoming a "killer" in one of your hobbies...

Bass fishing.

It always feels good to "wipe the floor" with your buddies in any competition...and fishing is no different.Even if you're helping out an
inexperienced friend, deep down we all feel good catching more than they do. :)

It can't be just me, can it?

One of the most exciting fish to land is the largemouth bass.
They put up a good fight and will put a smile on the face of any angler. For this reason, they are
also a very popular fish. It does not hurt that they are quite tasty to some palettes as well. Some people fish largemouth bass for the trophy
fish. Others fish for the fun and flavor of this fish.If you have the right skills, you can land some nice size largemouth bass
pretty easily.

You just need to learn the three secrets to fish largemouth bass successfully. When you learn these three secrets, you will have a better chance at either
catching some large size bass or a good amount of keeper size that are perfect for eating.

1. Fish in lakes instead of rivers and streams when you are angling for the largemouth bass.
While you can still find a good variety of bass in the
rivers, the largemouth bass are much more prolific in the lakes that are fed by these rivers and streams. When fishing in the lakes, you want to
use the proper lures. There are many that are considered good for landing some really nice largemouth bass. One popular lure is the frog. This is a
really versatile little lure that will offer you the chance at getting quite a few hits in the lily ponds where the bass tend to congregate.
If you are more of a deep water largemouth bass fisherman, then you may prefer to use a spinner-bait to attract the attention of these fish. They will
be enticed and you will be thrilled with the larger bass that you pull out of the deep waters.

2. Fish in out of the way lakes that are not over fished. This may seem to be an obvious statement to some and not so much of a secret. The fact is that many
people will congregate at lakes where a lot of largemouth bass are being taken. They feel if their buddy waslucky that they will be too.
Word of mouth begins to make the lake very popular and you end up spending a good portion of your day looking for a spot that is open for you to fish. These
lakes also get over fished in many occasions and the chances of getting any fish decrease as the population of fishermen increases.

By going to an out of the way lake, you will be able to get more fish much quicker. You may spend more time getting to the location, but your efforts will
be greatly rewarded when you pull in some trophy size fish. If you are looking for quantity, you will also be able to find this in the out of the way
lakes as well. The fish will not be accustomed to your lures and they will aggressively strike at them. You will have a fun day of reeling as many fish
as you can handle without skipping a beat.

3. Fish docks that have a good deal of brush under and around them. The largemouth bass.
love these areas as they are great spots to find food. The
natural feeding grounds will be an almost guarantee at some really decent size fish. One of the best types of bait thatwould be good in this type of area would
be the finesse worm. All you need to do is cast out and allow the worm to entice the largemouth bass into striking it. You will want to jig
it just a bit in order for it to attract the attention of the largemouth bass. When you feel the bass take the bait, you should set the hook before you
reel it in.

There are other variables that you should look for when choosing the dock you are going to fish at. Not only do you want to have a good amount of
vegetation, but you also want to have an area where the fish would naturally run. When you can gauge this on the lake you are
fishing, then you just need to find the dock that meets your criteria.

If you take these three secrets to fishlargemouth bass to heart, you will increase your fishing enjoyment.Remember that the lakes will have a
larger population of largemouth bass. There will be two reasons that largemouth bass are fished. First is for the trophy and the
second is for the taste. But the bottom line is that largemouth bass
are simply fun to land.

Also try to find lakes that are not overly fished. If you are competing with a lot of other anglers then you will not get as many fish. Off the beaten path
lakes are the best option for largemouth bass.

As always...get out there and use this stuff...even if it's not all new...it's all tried and true.

Author Resource: I hope you get out fishing over the weekend, and if you get a chance to try any of the tips above, let me know.
