What Does Body-mind Fitness Mean To You

How Willing Are You To Reach For Your Health Fitness Goals?

I wonder if this has ever happened to you?

I understand not everyone carries the same fitness goals as I do. I certainly am not trying to impose mine on anyone else. I have a dear friend that just has frustrated me to no end. He is extremely overweight, yet just seems content to stay that way, even though he knows he must do something to change things.

Here Is a Question I Have For You:

Have you recently evaluated your goals and objectives regarding your overall health and fitness? How much desire do you have to reach them? What lengths are you willing to go to? Can you actually picture a 'new' you that is thinner and healthier and not riding that awful weight control roller coaster any longer?

On my website, I share the story of how I became familiar with 'visualization' and the the incredible power of our subconscious mind. At such a tender age, I had no idea what I was doing was called, but I have come to realize the incredible potential of the techniques I used.

I understand you have every right to treat your own body anyway you wish. For a moment though, think of those that care about you. Take a look around at your spouse (and your children and grandchildren.) God forbid you should drop dead of a heart attack, or have a stroke, because you did not want to exercise and could care less about what, or how much, you ate.

A famous motivational speaker, Tony Robbins puts it pretty simply when he suggests that your life is out of whack if your life values don't match your actions.

If your health is somewhere at the top of your priority list because you place a high value on it, but you eat french toast for breakfast, fried chicken for lunch, and the last time you exercised was this morning - walking from the parking lot to your office - your values might need some re-aligning.

I am sure you challenge yourself in many areas of your life and profession. As a certified personal nutrition and fitness coach, I assist others to make that commitment to challenge themselves physically and realign their values and actions.

I have been fortune enough to have been trained and certified to qualify as a weight control professional for a world renowned program. It requires you to interview with me to see if you would qualify. That personal evaluation is a necessity.
